I found this site by accident and I have tried to use it. It is significant to increase my blog ratings (particularly in Alexa). On this site, you can get backlink because you will find blogs that have been changed into DoFollow. This site is Commenthunt. You can search blogs that have the same idea with your blog, give comments and you will get a backlink. The best is you can find a blog that already have high pagerank and if your blog already used DoFollow then you can add it in their database.
If you have had a blog that contains any interesting information and you feel that your PageRank does not increase significantly then you should attempt to use this site...
